We here at CISE stand by our products and their quality and feel that you will too. With that said, all sales are final. However, we do understand that some circumstances warrant exchanges. Exchanges can be made in the form of store credit or product swaps. The following are circumstances in which exchanges or store credit will be offered:

Sizing Issues

If you purchase apparel in the wrong size we will exchange it for another size. You must notify CISE within 5 days of receiving your product. The product must have the CISE tag intact to be eligible for exchange. If you remove the tag for any reason an exchange will not be offered. Additionally, if your item(s) is returned with noticeable signs of wear such as rips, stains, perfume, cologne, sweat odors and marks, or any other obvious indications of excessive wear, an exchange will not be offered.

Product Expectations

While we feel confident that you will love your CISE product(s), if you receive something that doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it for store credit. You must notify CISE within 5 days of receiving your product. Returned products must be in original conditions with zero signs of usage.
