We here at CISE stand by our products and their quality and feel that you will too. With that said, all sales are final, therefore full refunds will not be granted. However, we do understand that some circumstances warrant exchanges. Exchanges can be made in the form of store credit or product swaps. We accept returns within 5 days of your order’s delivery date. The following are the circumstances in which exchanges or store credit will be offered:

Sizing Issues

If you purchase apparel in the wrong size, we will exchange it for another size. You must notify CISE within 5 days of receiving your product. The product must have the CISE tag intact to be eligible for exchange. If you remove the tag for any reason, an exchange will not be offered. Additionally, if your item(s) are returned with noticeable signs of wear such as rips, stains, perfume, cologne, sweat odors and marks, or any other obvious indications of excessive wear, an exchange will not be offered.

We do not accept exchanges for a different color bag or different size bag, along with exchanges for a PBW for a PBP or PBP for a PBW. Please see Product Expectations below for more information regarding products that do not meet the customers expectations. 

Product Expectations

While we feel confident that you will love your CISE product(s), if you receive something that does not meet your expectations, you can return it for store credit. You must notify CISE’s Customer Support Team via email within 5 days of receiving your product in order to initiate the return for store credit process. Returned products must be in their original condition with zero signs of usage with the CISE tag attached.
