Shipping Expectations, Pricing, and Policy
Please allow 3-9 business days for orders to be processed after your initial purchase. Once your order is in the fulfillment stage, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders will take 24-48 hours for the link to activate and update. Orders will be trackable via email and can also be reviewed by our team upon email request. Shipping times vary depending on your location but range between 3-7 business days for US orders.
CISE provides free shipping for all orders valued at $300+. Your order must value more than $300 prior to the shipping cost and fees to be awarded the free shipping.
*We no longer provide free shipping for orders valued at $100.
It is very important to confirm that the shipping address is inputted correctly prior to submitting your order. CISE will only be able to update a shipping address prior to fulfillment and shipment. All customers have 24 hours to contact CISE's Customer Support Team via email to update the shipping address on your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address. Therefore, it is very important to confirm that you have inputted the correct shipping address on your order prior to completing the order.
If you do not contact CISE's Customer Support Team to change the shipping address within 24 hours of completing your order, you will be responsible for any further shipping costs should the order arrives to an incorrect address or is returned to sender. CISE will not be responsible for the delivery to an incorrect address nor the loss of product due to delivery to an incorrect address as all shipping labels are generated from the address provided to us on your order.
International Shipping Delays
Due to ongoing labor shortages, shipping couriers are currently experiencing processing and shipping delays. As a result of these circumstances, there will be a 15-20 day delay on orders shipped internationally beginning June 16, 2021. This shipping delay is being monitored closely and we will provide further updates on this matter moving forward.
