We here at CISE stand by our products and their quality and feel that you will too. With that said, all sales are final, therefore full refunds will not be granted. However, we do understand that some circumstances warrant exchanges. Exchanges can be made in the form of store credit or product swaps. We accept returns within 5 days of your order’s delivery date. The following are the circumstances in which exchanges or store credit will be offered:

Sizing Issues

If you purchase apparel in the wrong size, we will exchange it for another size. You must begin the returns process by clicking the CISE Returns Portal link below within 5 days of receiving your product. The product must have the CISE tag intact to be eligible for exchange. If you remove the tag for any reason, an exchange will not be offered. Additionally, if your item(s) are returned with noticeable signs of wear such as rips, stains, perfume, cologne, sweat odors and marks, or any other obvious indications of excessive wear, an exchange will not be offered.

We do not accept exchanges for a different color bag or different size bag, along with exchanges for a PBW for a PBP or PBP for a PBW. Please see Product Expectations below for more information regarding products that do not meet the customers expectations. 

Product Expectations

While we feel confident that you will love your CISE product(s), if you receive something that does not meet your expectations, you can return it for store credit. You must begin the returns process by clicking the CISE Returns Portal link below within 5 days of receiving your product in order to initiate the return for store credit process. Returned products must be in their original condition with zero signs of usage with the CISE tag attached.

Returns just got a whole lot easier thanks to our new online returns portal. Please reference the step by step guide below to learn how to complete a return. We can assure you that processing a return is very easy to do, but if you have any trouble, you can email our Customer Support Team and they’ll be able to assist you further. In the event you’ve already begun a return with us via email, no problem! Our Customer Support Team will complete this return for you via our Customer Support email. 

If you would like to return a product, please wait until you receive a return label through our returns portal linked below. This helps us ensure that your return is processed correctly and promptly.

Step 1:

  • Click on CISE Returns Portal Link below
  • Find your 5 digit order number
  • This can be found on your order confirmation email

Step 2:

  • Enter your 5 digit order number
  • Enter the email address listed on your order

Step 3:

  • Add the item(s) you want to return by clicking on the product
  • Eligible items will appear as white
  • Ineligible items will appear greyed out

Step 4:

  • Choose from an exchange or store credit
  • Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging the product(s)
  • Simply follow each of the next steps as prompted to complete the return process
