My tracking number says delivered but I don’t have my order.

On some occasions, the tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location but range between 3-7 business days for US orders.

If you have purchased Route Package Protection, kindly reach out to aRoute Representativefor further information regarding the delivery of your package.

Where is my order?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days once processed). Due to high order volume and current COVID-19 restrictions, orders may take up to 14 business days to ship. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your order to its final destination.

International orders are sent using DHL or UPS International Mail and this will be shown on your order shipping confirmation with how to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number and a link where you can track your order.

How to change my shipping address?

Once the order is placed, you can no longer change the shipping address. Please reach out to our Customer Service team so we can provide you with better options as soon as possible.

Exchange of Different Items/Color/Size

Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders once the order is placed. In this case, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further instructions.

My order arrived with missing/damaged items.

If your product arrived damaged or with missing items, please fill out the Contact Us form within 72 hours of receiving your order so our Customer Service team can help you further. Our Customer Service team may ask for a photo of the damaged items.
